Our Team was born from the experience of its founder, as a migrant seeking to be part of the professional market, she managed to glimpse areas of opportunity in Human Talent Management.
With her, two other entrepreneurial women decided to join our professional efforts in this wonderful project, and on October 4, 2023, they founded IQ Strategic Solutions with the purpose of offering solutions in Human Talent Management; a key piece of every organization's strategy.
